These terms cover your use of Krsna, built by Infiplex Tech Consultancy LLP ("we"). By using Krsna you agree to them. If you use Krsna for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
The service
Krsna is software that answers questions from the tools you connect, keeps tasks and reminders, and prepares drafts for your approval. It is meant for founders. Features are added and changed over time, and some are in early access.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including drafts you approve.
Approvals
By default, anything Krsna prepares for other people goes out only after you approve it. Some sending features are early access. You can choose to set a standing approval rule for a type of action, and remove it at any time. Review drafts before approving them: Krsna is an AI system and can be wrong.
Your content and connections
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only to run Krsna for you, as described in the privacy policy. Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect, and only add Krsna to Slack channels where that is appropriate for the people in them.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use that infringes others' rights.
- No spam, mass outreach or scraping of personal data.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to get around its limits.
Fees
An early preview plan is listed at $49 a month; billing is not open yet. Where paid plans apply, payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. Cancellation and refunds are described on the refund and cancellation page.
Ending the service
You can stop using Krsna at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or to protect the service or other people.
No warranty and limits on liability
Krsna is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
