Draft, pending owner review. Wording may change before it takes effect.
Krsna is an AI chief of staff for founders, built by Infiplex Tech Consultancy LLP. This page explains what information Krsna handles and why. Questions: infiplextech@gmail.com.
What Krsna accesses and stores
- Your account: your name and email address, used to sign you in and to send you sign-in codes.
- Slack: messages in the channels Krsna has been added to, and your direct messages with Krsna. Krsna does not read channels it has not been added to. Removing Krsna from a channel stops it reading that channel. The text of messages Krsna handles is stored so it can answer questions and track commitments.
- Gmail and Google Calendar (optional): if you connect your Google account, Krsna looks up recent email and calendar events when you ask a question. Those lookups are read-only. We have not built a stored copy of your mailbox for this feature.
- Other tools (optional): if you connect other tools, such as GitHub, Krsna reads what that connection allows, for the purpose you connected it for.
- What you tell Krsna: your questions and Krsna's answers, tasks, reminders, notes, facts you confirm about your company, and the drafts it prepares.
- Company profile: only when you ask, Krsna can read the Slack channels it is in and propose facts about your company. Nothing is saved to your profile until you confirm it.
Why
To run the features above: answer questions, prepare drafts for your approval, keep tasks and reminders, send you a morning brief, and show an audit log of what happened. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
When you connect Google, the sign-in asks for three permissions: read Gmail, send Gmail, and create calendar events. Krsna's current lookups use only read access, to answer your questions from your mail and calendar. The send and calendar permissions are for drafts you approve, and those features are early access and not generally available. Krsna does not currently promise that approved email goes out from your own Gmail address. Krsna's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Who processes it
- Cloud hosting and network providers that run Krsna's servers and database.
- An AI model provider (currently OpenAI), which receives the parts of your content needed to answer a request or draft a reply.
- Slack and Google, whose services you connect, and tool providers you connect.
- An operations monitoring service that receives job names, timings, error counts and token counts. We do not send message content to it on purpose.
- A payment provider acting as merchant of record, once paid plans open. It handles payment details; Krsna does not store card numbers.
Approvals and sending
Krsna prepares drafts. By default, emails, invites and posts to other people leave only after you approve them. You can choose to set a standing approval rule for a type of action, and you can remove it at any time. Actions in connected tools always need your approval. Krsna's answers to a mention in Slack are posted as replies in that Slack thread, so everyone in that channel can see them. Reminders and your morning brief are direct messages to you. None of these are drafts. Approvals and Krsna's actions are recorded in an audit log that you can see.
Stored logins and keys
Site logins and keys you save are encrypted, never shown back in the dashboard, and never given to the AI model. Sign-in autofill is not enabled yet; when it is, Krsna will use a saved login only for a sign-in you allow.
How long we keep data
We do not yet delete stored message text automatically. It stays until you ask us to delete it. We plan to add automatic expiry.
Your choices
- Disconnect Google or other tools from the Connections screen at any time.
- Remove Krsna from a Slack channel to stop it reading that channel.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your data or to ask us to delete your account and its data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell active users.
