AI chief of staff for founders

You founded a company to build. Krsna helps get the rest done.

Krsna is an AI chief of staff for founders of lean startups. It lives in your Slack, looks things up in your Gmail and Calendar, answers questions from your own data, and drafts the follow-ups. By default, anything meant for other people waits for your approval.

For founders. By default, nothing goes to other people without your approval.

Product preview: the Krsna dashboard, showing the agent live at its own address with drafts awaiting approval, threads handled, and you CC'd on everything.

The ops work was never the job. It just ate the day.

Follow-ups, scheduling, status questions, loose ends: the work around the work. Krsna takes the first pass, so you spend the hours on the company you actually founded.

What it does

The work around the work, handled.

Ask it anything about your company

Mention Krsna in Slack or open the dashboard chat. It answers from the threads and channels it was added to, and from your connected tools, and shows its sources.

Gmail and Calendar lookups

Connect your own Google account. Krsna looks up recent email and upcoming events to answer you. It does not write to them on its own: sending or creating anything waits for your approval.

Drafts you approve

Krsna drafts replies, emails, Slack posts and calendar invites. Each one lands in your approval inbox. You read it, edit it, and approve or dismiss it. Email sending and calendar invites are early access.

Tasks, reminders and a morning brief

Ask it to keep track of something. It keeps a to-do list, sets reminders, and sends a short brief of what needs you.

Works with the tools you use

Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar and GitHub today, connected from one Connections screen. More integrations are planned.

Charts and web research

Ask for a chart of your own numbers or a quick web search. Answers come back in Slack with links to the sources.

How it works

Three steps to a quieter day.

  1. Add Krsna to Slack

Krsna reads only the channels it is added to. Remove it from a channel and it stops reading that channel.

  2. Connect Gmail and Calendar

One sign-in with your Google account. You can disconnect from the Connections screen at any time.

  3. Ask, review, approve

Ask a question or give it a task. Drafts wait in your approval inbox, and every approval is logged.

Trust

It drafts. You decide.

Krsna is built so a mistake costs you a dismissed draft, not an apology. By default, anything meant for other people waits for your approval, and only the founder can approve.

  • Approval comes first

Emails, invites and posts to other people are drafts until you approve them. You can choose to set a standing approval rule for a type of action; actions in connected tools always need a tap. Answers to you in Slack, reminders and your brief are not drafts.

  • An audit log of what it did

Approvals, dismissals and actions are recorded, so you can see what happened and when.

  • Stored logins are write-only

Site logins and keys you save are encrypted, never shown back in the dashboard, and never given to the AI model. Sign-in autofill is not enabled yet; when it is, Krsna will use a saved login only for a sign-in you allow.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who is Krsna for?

Founders of lean startups. The founder is the only user. Teammates do not need accounts; they just reply in Slack or email as usual.

Will it send email as me?

Krsna prepares email drafts for your approval. Sending email is not generally available yet, and we are not claiming it sends from your own address. By default nothing goes to other people until you approve it.

What can it read?

Slack channels it has been added to, and Gmail and Calendar if you connect them. The Google sign-in also asks for permission to send mail and create calendar events, for approved drafts. Current lookups only read. See the privacy page for details.

What can it not do yet?

Billing is not open yet, email sending and calendar invites are in early access, and we are onboarding founders directly while we build.

What does it cost?

$49 a month, early preview pricing. Billing is not open yet; write to us to talk about early access.
